We had the most incredible experience with Paolo during our traditional Neapolitan dinner! From start to finish, he was attentive and knowledgeable. Paolo guided us through local stores to select fresh ingredients, making sure we had input on what we wanted to include. How do I start to describe the joy of spending time with Paolo and his friends? This was the most beautifully Neapolitan experience - warm, chaotic, deeply authentic, absolutely delicious. From the moment we (a couple with 8-year-old twins) met Paolo, he was sharing his passion for and his knowledge of his home city. We started by visiting a market to buy ingredients for the meal we decided on together, then headed over to an apartment in the historic centre where Paolo and Anna Maria demonstrated dishes including a cooked antipasti and a gorgeous seafood pasta dish. We discussed food, drank wine (only the grown ups!), chatted, listened to music, ate until we were ready to burst and left happy, with a heart full of memories, a list of recommendations and friends for life. Thank you, Paolo, you are amazing.

Paolo is an absolute Napoli original and knows much more about the city and it‘s people and culture than just about the local food. We took us to the market and showed us where he buys locally which was very nice. Than we cooked at an apartment and shared food and wine with his local friends which again was super nice. All in all a very nice experience and many things learned! Mille Grazie Paolo!
