Incredible day in Pompeii

I have been to Pompeii before but it was an entirely new experience going again with Noemi as our guide. Her passion for Pompeii and the area is infectious, and she is incredibly generous when it comes to sharing her knowledge of this important event in history. I did this tour with my three sons (9, 11 and 13) who were kept completely engaged by Noemi from start to finish. This was the highlight of our trip to Italy and I would recommend Noemi to everyone.

Ancient Pompeii Day Trip

I am a travel agent who booked this tour for clients while in Rome. The wrote to me a little while ago saying that they loved their tour and everything was a huge success. I can say, as the person who planned this excursion with Roberto, that he was incredibly helpful and supportive and patient with all my questions. I would highly recommend working with Roberto and according to my clients he was a terrific guide. Thank you Roberto!

Superb guide

A friend and I arranged to hire Roberto to guide us in both Herculaneum and Pompei. His background and experience provided us with a lot of detailed information about the archeology and history of both sites. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and flexible. We thoroughly enjoyed talking with him and found the experience to be exceptional!

The highlight of our holiday!

I visited Pompei 20 years ago on the free group tour and had always wanted to go back, as there was so much more I wanted to see. It was wonderful to get a chance to do this with Roberto as our private guide. He took great care to find out what we were interested in seeing and recommended rearranging the day of our tour (which we did) to ensure all the newer sites would be open. Seeing Pompei with Roberto was truly fascinating and felt like I was seeing Pompei for the first time again! I also learned so much more than I did on my last visit. As well as being an interesting and expert guide, Roberto gave us a great tip for our visit to Herculaneum the following day, and a new food exhibition which we could access with our entrance ticket. This wasn’t advertised at Herculaneum (or mentioned by the guide there), so we wouldn’t have known about it otherwise. We were so glad that we saw it and thankful to Roberto for his recommendation. Without a doubt, his tour of Pompei was the highlight of our holiday and we will definitely book him for future trips : )
