Initially we were considering taking the tour with the audio guide- but finally decided to have a tour guide and I am so happy we did. We scheduled a private tour for a small group of five. The tour ended up being one of the high points of our trip to Italy. I would highly recommend booking a private tour for Pompeii. There is so much to learn and so much ground to cover in a trip. Carlos was awesome! We couldn’t be happier with the visit. You will learn so much more with a private tour than going on your own. Carlos made the tour interesting for all ages in our group. It is definitely worth the money to get this tour. Thanks Carlos for an awesome experience!
We had the pleasure of experiencing a 10 tasting tour with Nino in Naples. It was full in terms of history and food and stories with many stops. Savory and sweet and robust - the experience and the food and conversation! I will let you be surprised with the various locales, yet I can tell you that i enjoyed them all. Importantly, he was an excellent at guiding directions as well as sequencing of the food tour. Would highly recommend ...
Our tour with Raffaele was wonderful! He is so knowledgeable and engaged us the entire tour. Would highly recommend booking with Raffaele. His experience with Roman history is unmatched! Loved every moment and learned so much!
We had a great time with Gennaro. He is very knowledgeable about the region, and made recommendations that resulted in a perfect day. Gennaro is proud and passionate of his city Naples and the Amalfi region. I would highly recommend him as your personal guide if he is available for your visit, particularly if you live Italian food.
