I'm never ever going to buy ready made pasta sauce now that we learned from Massimo how easy and fun is to cook a delicious three course meal from scratch in no time.
Me my wife and my 12, 15 and 24 y/o children had a blast cooking together with massimo and learning in the mean time about ingredients, history and bits and pieces of fun information.
A couple of days after our "cooking lesson" we tried at home and made the most delicious Carbonara by ourselves.
Cooking is fun and is a good way to spend family time.

Wonderful Experience
I really enjoyed my time with Giovanni and Claudia! The food was good and the company was better. I speak Italian and my wife doesn't and they seamlessly were able to handle transitioning between languages without having her feel left out. 10/10 would do it again.

We learned a lot during the Carbonara and more cooking lesson, not only about cooking, but also about Rome&Italy. Massimo explained everything very well.

My friends and I regularly do private chef meals on holiday. We love the experience to converse with locals over a meal.
Maria Gloria, Francesco and Donatella did not disappoint.
They are very gracious hosts. Francesco and Donatella own a cheese shop and made beautifully prepared and displayed courses for us to enjoy. Maria Gloria was a gracious and kind host with wonderful conversations about their beautiful country and city.
