Get the most out of your layover in Rome!

Great to see sights you can’t see when you are just on foot. It gives a broader insight to Rome . I have been here several times but it’s always nice to discover new things. Federico showed us some super things and there was a nice surprise in store for us too.

This is probably one of the coolest things I've experienced. I arrived at the airport and Federico communicated to me exactly where he was waiting for me. After some quick introductions we hopped into his Fiat and headed to the city. He asked me what I was interested in, what I wanted to see and do. I decided I wanted to see something off the beaten track and he obliged. Federico was incredibly knowledgeable about Roman history and politics and full of interesting stories about all of the things we visited. Whizzing around Rome in a car driven by a local (and a Roman!) is something I will never forget. After our tour he dropped me off right at the front door of my hotel. I was so thankful for that, the inner city of Rome is a labyrinth of tiny streets and I'm not sure I would have found my hotel on my own. Before we said goodbye, Federico also gave me insider tips on what to see in Rome and where to eat. I followed every tip he gave me during my stay and I'm glad I did! If you are going to Rome, do not miss your chance to be guided by Federico - not only was he very well informed but he was relaxed, charming, easy to talk to and he speaks excellent English!!

When travelling to Rome on a Business trip, I had some free time. Federico took me on a personal trip and we dove into the fabulous city that Rome is. Picked up at my hotel at the airport I enjoyed a real personal experience with lots of inside info, humor and beautifull sights. On my first day Federico picked me up at my hotel before setting off on a car tour of Rome. We went from place to place visiting all the major, and some minor places of interest. It was a great way to get to know the city for the first time. Federico was not only well versed in aspects of Rome but also of other areas of Italy and of many other subjects, he is bright, intelligent and interesting with a good sense of humour. He was a pleasure to be with and I learned so much. On my second day Federico looked after the booking of my ticket to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, we skipped the line and I felt like a true VIP. Federico was in no rush to leave at the end of the day and stayed quite a long way past the official end of the time I had booked. I can fully recommend him for anyone visiting Rome.
