Weeks before our arrival he guided us on our journey from Rome to Pompeii with the purchase of our train tickets, once we were in Pompeii, he met us at the train station and showed us local places of interest and places to grab a bite along the way. Once we arrived at the site he filled us in on the history and was full of information from ancient times, until modern day and the continuation of the excavation. Such a wonderful guide.

Roberto was fantastic with our group of 10 ranging from 10 years old to 70 years old. His communication was great and he was easy to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Pompeii and history. He helped arrange transportation and helped make lunch reservations in Naples. This is an experience that cannot be replicated by the big tour companies; he was just a joy to spend time with and we could have spent a lot more time just chatting with him about the things he knows and his work.
