Matteo exceeded expectations

Matteo was warm, friendly and fun and engaged with each member of our family, young and old. Elizabetta was the best

We had a marvelous tour with Elizabetta. She was knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. We toured St Mark’s cathedral and the Doge palace. She included the perfect amount of facts and information. She went above and beyond helping to answer a phone call and translate information for us.
