Best way to immerse in Venice history!

Elena is a great storyteller and extremely engaging. Plus, she is a native with a worldview having left the city before. So she understands the nuances of being a Venetian and looking at the city through the lens of a tourist! She was also very informative, we had a great time, in spite of the December winter cold. She was also good with answering questions from my tween/ teenager and made sure we were comfortable whilst walking. I had studied The Merchant of Venice for literature - and Elena gave me the 101 on the key places mentioned in the book and even took us on a Traghetto boat ride! Highly recommend if you're looking to discover more about Venice through the eyes of a Venetian.

Wonderful and informative tour with Romy

We had an excellent tour with Romy. We had a toddler along and she was very accommodating. The tour was very informative and Romy entertained all of our questions. It was a great experience and very interesting to learn from a native Venetian.
