Wonderful tour

Marzia showed us charming and beautiful locations on the islands we visited. The information was interesting and the tour of the glass factory was amazing - we would highly recommend this tour while visiting Venice.

Great tour with a Venetian native!

Nicoletta gave us a wonderful tour! First, she came to our hotel to save us from figuring out the vaporetto on our first morning in Venice and gave us a walking tour of the city. She had arranged a private boat to take us to Murano, where we got a private tour of the Signoretti Glass Factory. We got to see Alex Signoretti (the master) creating a piece. (We bought something and got a picture with him, but this wasn't necessary). Nicoletta then took us to Burano and we got to walk around seeing the beautiful colorful houses. We also went to a local lace place and saw how they worked. We got a snack together and then took the public vaporetto back to Venice. It was a great day! We highly recommend Nicoletta!

awesome (and made my wife happy)

as a true local marzia was engaging and informative she took us to a fantastic murano family gallery where we got to buy pieces directly from from the artist (an advantage marzia has of working in the trade) i suspect we could have done an amazing "other neigborhoods that tourists dont see" trip based on some of jer comments but we didnt have a extra day i would recommend everyone to spend time with marzia

Wonderful day trip with Loris!

We began with a visit to Mazzarbo, followed by Burano and Murano. Loris gave us so much local history of Venice and the surrounding lagoons. After learning about the fascinating lace-making history of Burano, we had a leisurely lunch with delicious food, wine, and dessert before moving on to Murano where we were treated to a front-row view of one of the island's highly esteemed glassblowers crafting a custom order of drinking glasses. The private tour with Loris was the highlight of our trip to Venice and we highly recommend him!
