Belvedere Del Gianicolo Tours in Verona

My husband and I took the Highlights & Hidden Gems of Verona tour with Francesco last week. Francesco was very informative and gave us a good overview of the city. We only spent one afternoon in the city - it was a great way to make sure we saw the highlights.

We truly enjoyed our time with Frenk! He is passionate about what he does and it shows. He gave us so much information about his beloved city and was prepared with stories and experiences that added to the overall feel of the day! Our experience with Francesco was absolutely exceptional! One of the highlights of the tour was going 'under the streets'. The tour was well-organized, on time, and filled with great recommendations for places to visit later on our own. Our tour guide was not available on the day, but sent another “Maria” in her place which was kind of her. Our Maria was an absolute delight from the moment we met her. We learned so much about the history of Verona, from the Romans to the families who influenced the culture and customs under various rulers and factions. Her manner was charming and made all the details more like “fun facts”. Would highly recommend this tour and if you’re fortunate enough to encounter “Maria” that will be a bonus.
