Things To Do On The Weekend in Verona

This was our third tour with locals and have been very happy with each. Isabel’s picked us up and then took us to many locations throughout the Garda Lake and Volpolicelli area. Started with a wine tasting with one of the winery owners who is 6th generation family owners. Great information in casual setting with great tasting wines. Moved into Garda Lake where we made various sites for lunch and scenery . Isabella was very informative and attentive to what we were interested in seeing. Highly recommend booking a tour with Isabella and Tour with Locals you won’t be disappointed.

Manuel is so warm, so accommodating, so knowledgeable...sincere, fun, and kind. We are still messaging two days after the tour. He has recommended restaurants and activities - before and after the tour - in and out of Verona. He’s acted as a personal guide to us for much of our trip and helped to make it truly memorable. We booked a day trip to Lake Garda and the surrounding area with Alessandro on February 13 25, He was prompt to the hotel and our journey was on. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate, it was foggy and drizzly. But Alessandro did his best to keep us entertained. We stopped at several villages and took in the history of the area. We concluded our day trip with a tour of a local Winery, what a great way to finish the day. I would do another tour with Alessandro,he is knowledgeable,courtesy and helpful. Alessandro thank you for a lovely day, we enjoyed ourselves despite the weather.
