2 adults and 2 kids from Ireland [13 and 11]... we loved this tour. Awais was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to understand. He navigated us through the Peace Memorial Park in just over 3 hours, something we would never have managed on our own in the heat. His commentary kept us engaged and time flew by. This alone was worth the cost of the tour and gave us a better understanding of the event. We don't normally pay for tours opting to self guide instead, however on this occasion, it was well worth it and I would do it all again. We highly recommend Awais and Withlocals.

Awais has a love for Hiroshima, the history and the culture. We had a super 3 hour tour, he knows all the little extras, the smaller exhibits that have zero crowds. From these we learned the history and had time to think and reflect. Awais has lunchtime tips too! Great experience, thank you.

Our family of four spent 3 fantastic hours with Haq. He was very knowledgeable, funny and informative. We learned so much about Hiroshima, the war, the park and Japanese culture. We have taken guided tours all over the world and Haq rates up there with the best. Do not hesitate to select Haq ( the fact that he is not Japanese added to the tour since he has a very personal understanding of a foreigner’s view of the culture).
