We did a tour with Awais. His knowledge and history of the Peace Park and Museum was outstanding. He carefully navigated us through the museum and the park in a skilful way so we could learn and see lots in the park while making sure we saw what we wanted too. Then later visiting the castle and the gardens was also wonderful.
We spoke to other passengers on our cruise about their group tour and they didn’t even do half of what we were able to see with Awais.
Thank you Awais for a wonderful day. We will remember Hiroshima fondly because of you.

Interesting tour, information rich and kind approach. Full of facts, flexible in time taken and numerous sights seen. Was brilliant also with a 10 and 14 year old.

Haq voted Best Japan Guide !
Our tour group of seven had a total of nine tours during our cruise. All tours were private guided and hand picked by the group leader.
Haq was unanimously voted the best guide . Here is why.
He was very organized, prompt, knowledgeable and accommodated the mobility needs of some of our group. Our tour of Hiroshima was excellent from beginning to end.
Not only did he take us to the requisite places one would expect to see on a one day tour of the city, but he also. Went above and beyond to provide information, historical context, and importantly, some personal information based on his time spent in Hiroshima and his experiences.
Beyond guiding us gently through the peace park and museums he shared, anecdotal stories from his family and personal experiences that Provided a fresh insight into not only the situation in Hiroshima During andafter the war, but life stories from someone who is not native to Japan.
Our group found these interactions, most interesting.
