Roy was the consummate guide: punctual, communicative, friendly, patient, highly prepared with an excellent presentation. He was able to provide answers whenever we asked anything, be it cultural or historical. He made sure we were able to get on the right subway to get back to our ship, and was invaluable with the coordination on meeting up ( which is always tricky). I cannot say enough positive things about Roy’s quality as a guide - we are still talking about his tour!
