The gold leaf workshop was fun for us as well as eating gold leaf ice cream from the shop it was invented! The historical districts were amazing. A great tour in Kobe with Pere!
Pere is a very friendly and welcoming guy who obviously enjoys showing people around his adopted country. We covered a lot of ground on our 8 hour tour, and learned a great deal about Himeji Castle and Kobe itself. I would definitely recommend Pere to guide you.
Lucy was a fantastic local host. It was terrible weather on the day of our 4hr tour but we took our time and learnt so much from her. Very knowledgeable insights into the Kanazawa way of life, then and now. We really enjoyed our time and were able to go back to visit some of our highlights again the next day. Highly recommend Lucy.
