We did the 1.5 hour City Kickstart tour with Joanne around the Shibuya area. She was delightful, friendly and informative. She told us lots of interesting facts, insights and stories and pointing out things that we’d have just unknowingly walked past if we’d been wandering round on our own. Her tour was well paced and balanced with a little bit of everything, including some practical help as to how to get a Suica card to make using public transport easier across the whole of Japan. Seden was great. We had a family group from 7 to 70+ with varying ability levels. She tailored the tour to our needs, and it made the tour that much more enjoyable. We loved the custom-made Cola! She was so patient and answered all of our questions. We would definitely recommend her.

Alejandro was awesome! My flight was delayed over 24 hours getting into Tokyo and he was so kind and flexible to work with me so I didn’t lose the money I spent. He accommodated my group and was excellent with communication. He is very knowledgeable about Tokyo and Tri-lingual offering us English and Spanish! Totally recommend him for your trip to Tokyo!
