We LOVED our tours with Seden. She knew all of these out of the way spots with incredible food (we are foodies) and also helped us figure out how to use the local trains so we could get around more confidently. We saw art, architecture and got so many tips on local spots. Seden even helped make my daughter's 18th birthday unforgettable with helping us set up a shopping trip that was her dream come true. We got ALL the outfits for school in a style she loved. And had a hair appt. researched and set up set up by Seden. Great tour with Joanne
We did the 1.5 hour City Kickstart tour with Joanne around the Shibuya area. She was delightful, friendly and informative. She told us lots of interesting facts, insights and stories and pointing out things that we’d have just unknowingly walked past if we’d been wandering round on our own. Her tour was well paced and balanced with a little bit of everything, including some practical help as to how to get a Suica card to make using public transport easier across the whole of Japan. Wonderful day around Tokyo with Gulay
My son and I along with our friends had a wonderful time with Gulay exploring Tokyo. Helped us understand the nuances of the areas and showed us a lot. Also provided us some ideas for rest of trip which was helpful. Also able to get us last minute entrance to a MiniPig cafe which was Awesome.

Very accommodating!
Seden was great. We had a family group from 7 to 70+ with varying ability levels. She tailored the tour to our needs, and it made the tour that much more enjoyable. We loved the custom-made Cola! She was so patient and answered all of our questions. We would definitely recommend her.
