Deffrey is a brilliant guide, we had previously been to Penang, so had already seen some of the highlights, Deffrey was so flexible and accommodating, it also rained (extreme) so he rescheduled to get us to an indoor venue out of the worst of the weather, and waited until the cloud lifted so we got the view from Penang Hill. Lunch was fabulous, at a restaurant we probably would have overlooked. I would highly recommend Deffrey, and would definitely choose him as a guide if we return to Penang. Thank you Deffrey 😊

Deffrey is a nice;knowledgeable and friendly tour guide:) Even though our tour schedule got delayed at first; but Deffrey makes sure that we can go to all the places as planned.A few wonderful highlights are definitely the cable car ride to Penang Hill where we get to enjoy the full view of the whole Penang as well as feeling the nice cold breeze💨while up on hill. Other places that I really enjoyed would be the Clan jetty where we get to see the entire sea view and learn more about their history & heritage.Also; the street arts located along the streets of Penang are a joy to marvel at as it makes the place much more vibrant & livelier.Overall; if you are a first timer coming to Penang and want a quick tour without a hassle;I would highly recommend Deffrey as your tour guide as he can make your day a delightful one😃👍⭐

Deffrey was very responsive and easy to communicate with. So much so, that it was the reason we chose him . We were very comfortable traveling with him. We made last minute changes. Deffrey did not have a rigid timeline nor agenda. It was our trip and he made everything happen to our utmost satisfaction. It was almost like having a family member showing his relatives his special places. We have traveled extensively in Asia , Europe, and the US. He is truly exceptional.
