Art & Culture Tours in Mexico City

We feel very fortunate to have Mabel as our guide for the Templo Mayor tour. Her vast wealth of knowledge paired with her charm and kindness made our experience perfect. We got a bit lost trying to find the entrance and were late, but Mabel took the trouble to find us and her calm presence had us feeling comfortable immediately. I look forward to having another tour with Mabel the next time we visit CDMX. Which we will for sure, because of this amazing city and people like Mabel.

Yván did a great job of making the ruins come alive. He explained both the excavation and its past. The museum was also terrific given the context of the objects being next to the ruins. Yván helped make the tour of thee museums illuminating many objects in the collection.

Rogelio gave us a private tour of Templo Mayor. He was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information that we would not have known by walking around the ruins and the museum by ourselves. He was also very flexible and understanding about our schedule, which we appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again the next time we are in Mexico City.

The rest of my family actually went to visit Teotihuacan yesterday, while my father wanted to go to Templo Mayor instead. I arranged a tour for him with Mabel, and she took excellent care of him, from meeting until the end of the tour. My father said she was extremely passionate about the art and super knowledgeable about all the pieces there as well as Mexico's grand history. My father is an art buff and an extremely picky person -- so we were thrilled he enjoyed himself with Mabel and couldn't be more appreciative! Thanks Mabel!
