He's not one of those guides who will bring you to shops where there's lots of pressure to buy; he truly wants to share his Marrakech with you. We did 3 tours with him and would happily do more! (Note: I will put this review on the 3 tours we did with him, so don't be wary if you see the repetition!)
We had a very nice evening tour of the Medina with Mohamed, who is knowledgeable and passionate about his city. The tour was fairly fast-paced as there was much ground to cover, but also included sampling different types of local food which, we didn’t expect (the description said a snack, but it was enough to make us cancel our dinner reservations for later. Overall it was a nice tour, thanks Mohamed!
We had an incredible Medina tour in Marrakesh with Mohamed! He took us through the vibrant souks of the Medina, showing us hidden gems we would have never found on our own. His knowledge of the history, culture, and craftsmanship of the city was impressive, and he introduced us to some amazing local artisans and shops. The experience felt authentic and immersive, not just a typical tourist tour. If you want to explore Marrakesh beyond the usual spots and discover its true essence, Mohamed is the perfect guide.
Booked two separate tours with Ouidad for the same day, assuming that when we met up, she would combine them in a comprehensive way, which she did. We had a fun and lovely day exploring old Marrakech. Lots of laughter, information, great sightseeing and shopping. We're on a long trip, 26 days, and this will certainly be one of the most memorable days we spent.
