Yousuf was our guide for a day of exploring Muscat and it could not have been better. He arrived at our hotel on time (was flexible to change the meeting point for pick up and drop off at our hotel which was out of the city centre) and provided us with with a local’s guide to his city, including the best spot to see the sunset. A brilliant exploration of Muscat
Yousuf was our guide for a day of exploring Muscat and it could not have been better. He arrived at our hotel on time (was flexible to change the meeting point for pick up and drop off at our hotel which was out of the city centre) and provided us with with a local’s guide to his city. We ended the tour feeling that we had a great taste of Muscat given we only had a short time in the city. He even gave us some tips for a different tour the next day. Thanks Yousuf!

A diverse day in Muscat
My husband and I did the city tour with Issam. We went to the Mosque, souk, and sampled local cuisine. The Mosque is spectacular - very peaceful and beautiful. The other highlight was sampling Omani food - the Kufana was a particular favourite! Issam was a brilliant guide. He was friendly, informative and enthusiastic. He has excellent knowledge and is clearly very passionate. I would highly recommend a tour with him!

Great Tailored Experience on Short Notice
I messaged Hajer less than 48 hours before I needed help - I was looking for natural items (resins, herbs, oils), some of which I had never purchased anywhere before, in Muscat. I sent a list of over 19 types of items and shared my intention, and Hajer was able to help me find high quality items that I wouldn't have been able to find anywhere else.
I knew I wouldn't be able to do this on my own, as I had no idea where to even start looking and how to understand if I was getting something worthwhile. But Hajer took me to the right places and helped me find my items and interact with the shopkeepers as there was a language barrier for me.
Hajer made my trip possible! I would have been completely lost without her help. I highly recommend booking with Hajer whatever your needs may be - whether you want to do something more standard (as my mom and sister did months before my visit), or if you're like me and have an unconventional goal while traveling in Oman. You won't be disappointed!
