Food Tours in Panama city

We had an amazing tour with Daly. We are a family of four, including two children. We were able to get a feel for the local vibes of Panama City, as well as some culture, history, and she gave great tips. Daly was friendly, patient with the kids, and we had a fantastic experience (including lunch with lots of different dishes at a local spot, a tiny pastry shop, a walk through the market and fish market and stops for drinks and bites along the way). Daly was able to modify for one of our party, who is a vegetarian. Highly recommended.

We took an early afternoon booking and skipped lunch so we were pretty hungry by time we got to the food tasting. However, by time we got to the food and drink it was abundant and excellent. In between food stops we walked and listened to Daly's stories about the local and regional history. It was all very tasty and interesting.
