Lorena is the bedt!

Lorena met us in the lobby of our hotel ahead of time. She was instantly warm and friendly. She listened carefully to our wishes and spent the afternoon fulfilling them. We felt like we were reuniting with an old friend. My 8 year old grandson is traveling with my daughter and me. Lorena was wonderful with him. When the tour was coming to an end he sadly asked if we ever going to see her again. The answer is yes!
