We've done 3 tours with Fabrizio - Sacred Valley, Cusco city tour and the 10 tastings of Cusco. We've had a great experience starting with the food tour as one of the first things we did in Peru. Fabrizio won't bring you to fancy restaurants and give you food no Peruvian would touch - he will instead give you the chance to try real local snacks, talk to you about the history and culture of his country and quickly turn into a local friend.
