There is just no other way to experience so much of Porto, Gaia, and the fishing villages around than on bike. Anselmo was amazing in navigating the terrain (you cannot completely avoid the hills) and getting us to beautiful views. His love of biking, his town and the people come shining through. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who can handle a bike well!

Our favorite day of our trip!
We did a Sintra Jeep tour with Ruben and had an absolutely fabulous day. This was possibly my favorite day of our entire vacation. We loved the combination of experiences that made the day filled to the brim with history, spectacular food, stunning views, and a fun Jeep experience. Ruben was a truly wonderful guide- incredibly knowledgeable about the history, vegetation, and life in this part of Portugal. He struck a perfect balance of casual and laid back yet professional and informative. The lunch was one of our favorite meals of the entire trip as well. We would recommend this tour to anyone and would request Ruben for an extra great day!

Great time in Sintra
We had a great time seeing the Sintra area with Andres. Lunch at Francisco’s house was special and delicious! I’d highly recommend the jeep tour - it’s a great way to see a lot of the area that would be inaccessible with the tour!

Biking is a great way to see Porto
I highly recommend Anselmo. He is a very knowledgeable guide and an amazing cyclist. As Porto is hilly, you can ride the bike and get an amazing workout or even rent an e bike and just have a cruise. either way you cannot go wrong with hiring Anselmo to be your guide! i rate him 10 out of 10 as he is knowledgeable, experienced, and a super guy!
