A very pleasant afternoon with Ana. This particular tour emphasized the local food experience and also some of the relatively less touristy backstreets with more commercial properties with an emphasis on architecture and urban development. Any if from Porto and mixed up the tour with reflections on how the city has changed for her over the last few decades. We would up the tour with a visit to the old Crystal Palace grounds. Here you can look across the river to the port houses and a quite massive urban development rising up behind it. 20 years ago, said Ana, that was pretty much all green space.

Ana was the most friendly and caring guide. We went for a Portuguese breakfast at a beautiful place I wouldn’t have found on my own, walked through the old city and she told me everything about its history. She encouraged me to practice my Portuguese language skills and translated for me, when necessary. Ana gave me information on where to eat and experience the Portuguese culture and when we ended the day at an amazing tea house, it felt like I had spent a day with a friend. I would definitely take another tour with Ana!

What an amazing tour! I took my wife on this tour for her birthday and Ana really went above and beyond to make it a wonderful day. I booked Ana's 'Romantic tour'. I wanted to check out the off the beaten tracks and trails of Porto. It was an amazing experience and Ana went above and beyond what I ever expected from this tour.
