After finding I had a day free in Lisbon, I was lucky enough to book a last minute tour with Inez!
She even offered to change the meeting place to make it easier for me walking there. A delightful experience. It is wonderful to experience her enthusiasm about Portugal and its history. She went Above and beyond to check the cleanliness of a public toilet before we used it- I would never even think of asking someone do that!
Sunday am was perfect with less crowds. A savoury treat at my request site the pastel de nata are so addictive.
Inez spontaneously shared her amazing singing at one point. Since she’s a professional- big surprise- it was so lovely!
She recommended some other spots- Belem - and showed me where to catch the tram.that a must do was trying the pastais de Belem! Done, and delicious!

Fantastic Tour with a warm friendly local
Sónia was a fantastic guide - warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgable about her city - the tour had tasty snacks, lots of history and fantastic views! I would recommend Sónia in a heartbeat - often tour guides can try and upsell/funnel you into stores owned by their friends - this was not the case with Sónia, she is just genuinely passionate about travel!

Out perfect tour with Marisa
Having been allocated two guides , Marisa was finally allocated to us.
I must say we could not have had a better guide than the wonderful Marisa who quickly became our friend!
We gave one or two hints of what we were interested in and left the rest to her.She showed us all the sights we had been looking for and more. She even had an uncanny knack of producing trams just when we wanted them. Her recommendation for restaurants was first class and we had a great meal that night.
If you are in Lisbon and looking for a wonderful guide, look no further than Marisa . You won’t be disappointed !!
