We had the most amazing experience exploring the stunning Douro Valley in Porto, thanks to our incredible guide. Gustavo. From start to finish, everything was perfectly curated and intimate, just the way we wanted it.
Our day started with a scenic drive through the valley, and our guide's knowledge and passion for the region truly enhanced the experience. Lunch at a local restaurant was nothing short of delicious—authentic flavors and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The highlight of the trip was visiting two beautiful wineries, both offering breathtaking views of the valley. The settings were serene, with no crowds, making it feel like we had the entire experience to ourselves.

amazing day in Douro Valley
Gustavo is very knowledgeable and we learned a lot on this trip. The scenery was breathtaking, and Gustavo showed us local places where the tour buses don't stop. Since surprisingly, there was no traffic on the way back to Porto and we arrived earlier than we had anticipated, Gustavo drove us around Porto and showed us some sights that we had not been to before. Overall we are very happy with Gustavo and our tour.

Anselmo is the greatest!
We had some rain, but that did not deter Anselmo from giving us an incredibly good visit to the Douro Valley! Excellent driver. Very positive attitude! He knows the history and all of the secrets! Be sure to give him a good tip. He deserves it!
