João was an exceptionally good guide. He spoke clearly and was easy to understand. He was pleasant and easy to speak with. If he wasn’t sure of an answer to my question he said so and told me he would research it later. João was a good listener too and told me that no question was a bad question. My tour was very interesting and informative and would highly recommend both João and the subject matter. He wove the history of the Jews into the history of Portugal. After the tour he emailed me an extensive list of places to visit, things to do and recommended restaurants.

A great time was had by all !
My wife, son, his fiance and I all had a wonderful time with Sonia on our tour of Lisbon. She provided just the right amount of history with some hidden gems. She gave us some good tips for places to eat, things to see and "tourist traps" to avoid. We were all very pleased with our tour with Sonia!

Great Morning in Lisbon
We met Amanda early and wandered the city through so many neighborhoods. We learned so much and saw the city from so many vantage points. Amanda is fantastic and so knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning and would recommend this tour to others!
