Our group of 6 enjoyed a spectacular, informative tour with Angelo through the beautiful streets of Lisbon. Angelo shared a wealth of information about the history of Portugal and how the food and drinks we had were connected. He took us to his favourite restaurants for us to taste some of the best the city had to offer. It was so delicious! Angelo gave multiple recommendations for other places during our trip to Portugal. He went above and beyond what was expected. He is so passionate about his country ❤️🇵🇹

Sweet Sonia!
Sónia was just what we needed on our first day in Lisbon. She took us to some of here favorite places and arranged for us to eat some of her favorite foods in what is her hometown. Sonia is very sweet, very smart and a pleasure to be with during our too short two hour tour! We highly recommend Sonia to others visiting Lisbon.

Lisbon with Lili
This was our first trip to Lisbon and a food tour was recommended for any first time visitor. We found the "with locals" website and it gave us numerous options for tours, times and guides. We chose Lili simply because she looked friendly. Lili was prompt at our meeting spot and we began our 3 hour food tour. Lili couldn't have been nicer and her English was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable on Lisbon and Portugal history and gave us a super walking tour through a few neighborhoods. We stopped for some traditional snacks while we continued to learn about Lisbon. We then worked our way to a traditional Portuguese restaurant for a lunch with several varied local dishes. It was the most authentic meal we had while in Lisbon, she actually spent a little extra time with us to show her favorite church. All in all a very enjoyable and informative day. The only recommendation would be to add a few more varied tastings. Thanks Lili.

Great food, guide and history
We really enjoyed our food tour w Angelo. He had a nice way of tying the history of the land to the food. And made it enjoyable at the same time. at the same time he gave us an orientation to the various city neighborhoods and how to get around. I wish we had taken this tour at the beginning of our visit! The tour also included a substantial amount of food and wine. So really good value
