Photography Tour in Singapore

Great trip with Richard in Pasir Ris Park in Singapore. Lots of birds and other local wildlife. Richard is a great guy to spend time with, lots of local knowledge and insights about the local flora and fauna but also plenty of interesting narrative about growing up in the area as a young boy, which brings it all to life. He's also a very knowledgeable photographer, willing to guide a hobby photographer like me on settings and composition. I highly recommend a morning stroll with Richard in Singapore.

My husband and I spent several hours with Richard exploring and photographing the wildlife in the Pasir Ris Nature Park. He met us at the RMT station and took us into the park, all the while looking for birds to photograph. He was very good at pointing out the wildlife, and asked several of the locals what was to be seen in the area. He also provided helpful camera tips. As well as being good at spotting the wildlife, Richard was very entertaining, and made sure that we were comfortable at all times. He also took some shots of us as a momento of our experience. At the end of our tour Richard escorted us back to the station on the bus and pointed out a good food centre for a local lunch if we wished. We would highly recommend going on a tour with Richard if you are interested in photographing nature, and seeing a part of Singapore that not many tourists visit.

What an awesome experience... I had no idea of the variety and beauty of the birdlife and wildlife in Singapore. Richard opened my eyes to it! He is knowledgeable and a great photographer. I look forward to joining him again in November when I get back...

I would recommend this experience to anyone that is interested in wildlife photography. My 12 years old daughter and I have done multiple bird tours in the past in different countries, and Uncle Richard is the best. As grandfather himself, Uncle Richard is very good with children. He encouraged my daughter to get up close and personal with wildlife and photography. She learned lots through joy on the day. Uncle Richard had lots of wisdom and stories to tell. Uncle Richard is the best !!
