Things To Do On The Weekend in Singapore

I had a great time with Grayson! He was highly communicative leading up to the tour, which was fantastic. I was flying solo, so it was just me and Grayson. He was really chill, great to talk to, and funny to boot. He is a wealth of information about the local food and culture. As we walked around the city he discussed the history, culture, and architecture along the way. I highly recommend booking with Grayson!

We had a delish 2 hours eating with Ang! It was a crazy hot day and the first thing he did was present us with "personalized" fans. Then he took us to two Hawker Centres, sat us down with drinks and cutlery (at a cooler table) and then charged off, returning with a parade great food. Tons of variety. Then he took us around to the stalls that sold it, pointing out Michlen mentions. We shared over 15 dishes ( lots if food!) and learned all about Hawker culture. We are totally comfortable in Hawker Centres now! At the end if 2.5 hours he presented us with gifts- such a nice surprise. Then walked us to the best MRT station for us. It was a terrific afternoon- had to have a rest after! Thank you, Ang! Linda and "Partner"

Mónica was amazing guide. She knows Singapore very well. She catered our tour to the kids with frequent “kid stops” with things for them to explore/do and did a great job finding routes in shade/air conditioning.

HJ took us through several Hawker Centers in Chinatown and sat us down so could could go wait in line and bring us a wonderful assortment of dishes to taste. He was careful to ask about allergies and level of spice preferences, took pictures of us and then mailed us the photos with all the dishes labeled. He was knowledgeable about the dishes, the cultures that created them, and also pointed out interesting stores in the centers that were worth a later visit. Highly recommend!!!
