Personalized city tours with local hosts.
Learn about their personal stories, and find out how you can explore Jeju city together
Jeju City may not have as many instantly recognizable cultural landmarks as Seoul, Jeonju, or Gyeongju... but thanks to Yongchan, what the city does offer came to life in the most meaningful way. He brought depth and perspective to every stop, sharing stories, historical context, and cultural details that gave us a much richer understanding of the island. His explanation of the 4.3 Massacre was especially thoughtful and thorough, helping us connect emotionally to a part of history we were eager to learn more about. You can tell he genuinely cares about sharing Jeju’s story. A fantastic experience with a guide who’s truly passionate about his work.
Eric was a fantastic guide. At first we weren’t sure if the tour would be worth it, but we were so pleased we went ahead. There is no way we could have discovered the places Eric took us to on our own, let alone understand the significance of each. Eric was incredibly flexible and accommodating and my group of 4 would absolutely recommend him as a guide. We even got to witness Haenyeo, women divers, an absolute bonus and tick off the bucket list for us all!
Eric was a sympathetic travel guide. He was punctual at our meeting point and gave us a good overview about Jeju city. His English was very good to understand. We would recommend him a 💯!
We find that food tours are a great way to get to know the locals. Chundo was a wonderful host. He picked us up at the port and took us by public bus to the market. We enjoyed local oranges, fried chicken, rice cakes and more. We finished our tour with a delicious pork & noodle soup. We had some allergies that Chundo was able to accommodate. I highly recommend a tour with him. Our was a great value and lots of fun.
