Julian was a wonderful tour guide! He answered all of our questions and took us to great places. He also explained the significance of certain food items in Korean culture. We had a blast!
We had a great time with Priscilla. Priscilla was really flexible and accommodating. We are really introverted and Priscilla totally put us at ease. In total we had more than 20 items and were stuffed to the brim. Many of the stalls were stalls we would never dare to try without a local. Come hungry!!!
Julian took us to some great local places throughout Seoul. He is very personal and gave us great knowledge of the local food, sites, and culture. He made us capture some awesome bites we might not have tried in our couple of days here.
I met Priscilla at a Metro station near Namdaemun Market and sampled a wide variety of foods from restaurants, small cafes and street stalls. I tasted many things which I would have been wary about, without her telling me about them. She was knowledgeable, funny, informative and very easy to understand. I would highly recommend her - just make sure you haven’t eaten for a few days beforehand! Her insight into Korean food was very useful in my further travels around Korea and I will definitely be cooking some of the dishes when I get home. Thanks Priscilla, hope to see you on my next trip to Seoul.
