I had two tours with Ana, the Alhambra one and the Christian Granada One, and I would definitely recommend both!
As an art historian, Ana has an in-depth knowledge that really unlocks the places for you, and she shares the information in a very accessible and engaging way.
I had a fantastic experience visiting the Alhambra, the Cathedral, the Royal Chapel and the St Jerome Monastero: Ana made each of these places come alive - I learned so many things that really enhanced my visit in Granada!

Tour la Alhambra with an Art Historian
Tour la Alhambra with an Art Historian – What Better Experience!
Ana gave us an amazing tour of la Alhambra. There is no shortage of things to see or ground to cover. In 4 hours, though, Ana was able to take us to all of the main sights (Gardens, Summer palace, Nasrid Palaces, Charles V Palace, and the Alcazaba) without any of it ever feeling rushed. She was able to give us a wealth of information about the art, the history, and the art history. She was also deft at helping us avoid the crowds – which is no small feat in la Alhambra. Being an art historian herself – and a bit of a historian too, we suspect – Ana was able to make the history and the art come alive. We can’t recommend her enough.
