Joanna was a complete joy!!! Our two hours went by too fast. From the moment she reached out to us to check on any dietary restrictions, or to find out if we had any time constraints, she was very focused on ensuring we would have a great experience. She shared fun stories about each of the local spots she took us to. She engaged with our daughters and kept us all in mind as we tried different local foods. We were sad to have our tour end. She even extended an extra 30 minutes to make sure we fully enjoyed our time in the market. The short time we shared with Joanna quickly became one of the highlights of our trip. After the tour she sent us all of the details about the food we tried. We recommend her 100%.
It was truly a joy to spend time with Joanna! She was a wealth of knowledge and we learned so much about the history of Cadiz and its people. We tried many food and drinks that were unique to this area in Spain. If you are considering a food tour in Cadiz I would highly recommend Joanna!
From the moment we met Joanna, the evening was amazing. The locations along with the food and drink selected were perfect. She is clearly passionate about Cádiz and this came through strongly. Delighted to have joined Joanna’s food tasting tour. For over 3 hours she offered us a unique insight into the history, culture, traditions and gastronomy of Cádiz. She has a wealth of information to hand and conveys her love of this region with great passion. I am deliberately not posting details of the food and drinks that we sampled because that would spoil the fun ! Suffice to say that all tastings were bespoke to Cádiz so that uniqueness added so much more value to the experience. Joanna shared anecdotes, maps, restaurant and bar recommendations with us then forwarded details of all food, beverages and establishments visited the following day. Nothing was too much trouble and we thank her for providing such a superb experience.
