Lisa expertly guided us through the city, introducing us to Portuguese history, culture and traditions -- and answering our many, many questions. We visited sites with historical significance as well as ones with beautiful views of the city; she introduced us to a bakery selling the most delicious pastel de nata as well as shops featuring beautiful tiles and pottery; she was incredibly generous with her time, spending far longer with us than the original timeline of the tour. We walked and talked from afternoon into evening. What a great introduction to the city!

Jorge is a fantastic guide. He is extremely knowledgeable and has the ability to communicate that knowledge in an easy manner that does not overwhelm you. We started with an overview of Lisbon history. It was not a dry account but one that was clear, informative and entertaining. Jorge is a Lisbon local and clearly loves his city. The walk was conducted at an easy pace and Jorge was never rushing us. As well as the highlights of Lisbon we also visited a number of places we would never have thought to go to. At the end of our walk, Jorge took us to a viewpoint to see the sunset and then took us to a small local restaurant where we had a lovely dinner. This was a wonderful experience and I loved every moment of the walk!

Rita was absolutely amazing. She was very happy , knowledgeable and friendly. She loves what she does and her knowledge of her city is incredible. She brings the city to life and she treated us like old friends.
