Carmen met us as arranged and thought the day she was interesting. We learnt much about Spanish history and we have a common passion of food and history. She had local knowledge and local contacts.
We had a wonderful time with Carmen. We travelled outside Madrid to Segovia by bus which was clean, comfortable and punctual. Segovia was rich with history and absolutely beautiful. The suckling ham we had for lunch was so yummy!
This the second time doing this tour with Carmen. She is an exceptional guide. The sights, information & food were amazing.
Carmen was knowledgeable and was very friendly and must for anyone that wants to get the most out of a day trip to Segovia. She knew exactly where to go and we even had special requests that she was able to accommodate. It is definitely worth messaging her ahead of your trip if their is anything special you need to see or in my case my wife has bad knees so wanted to make sure we had planned enough stops to rest. Carmen definitely made my trip the best and consider her a friend and can’t wait to return and visit other cities in Spain with her. Using with locals is a must on any of my overseas trips going forward and appreciate all the customers that reviewed Carmen as I selected her based off reviews that were true!
