We would have been unlikely to visit Italica had this experience not been available, which would have been a real shame. Italica is right up there with other significant Roman ruins and well worth a look! Alvaro was great. Communicated well with us before the day, then arranged a smooth collection to head there. He told us heaps about the history and connections which we appreciated. And made it a really fun and informative day. Thank you!!
Italica is an amazing little visited site and Alvaro was the perfect guide. He had an amazing knowledge of the site and tailored the tour to meet our needs. The amphitheatre was spectacular and walking around it you had a real sense of being back in the Roman era. We would absolutely recommend this tour with Alvaro!
As a historian, Alvaro provided a lot of fascinating insight. We had five kids ages five through 14 and he handled things great. We were surprised how few people were at the site, given how many tourists come to Seville. The Itálica site is very underrated. The amphitheater there is absolutely incredible. It was an unforgettable experience walking around inside this ancient structure without all the crowds. We would happily recommend this tour with Alvaro!
