This experience was absolutely incredible – the perfect way to begin our trip to Seville! From the moment we met our guide, Jose Andres, we felt like we were being welcomed by an old friend. His passion for the city, deep food knowledge, and warm storytelling made this tour both delicious and meaningful. The food stops were thoughtfully chosen and packed with local flavor – from the fresh scallops and squid tapas to the mouthwatering pork jaw, every bite was a taste of authentic Andalusian culture. And it wasn’t just about the food – we got a mini city tour in between bites! Strolling through Triana and the annual Flamenco festival, past the stunning Seville Cathedral while hearing personal anecdotes brought the city to life in such a unique way. What really stood out was how flexible and personalized the tour felt. Jose adjusted things based on our tastes and pace, and gave us amazing recommendations for the rest of our trip. We left the tour full (literally and figuratively!) and felt so much more connected to Seville. If you’re arriving in Seville and wondering where to begin, start here. It’s more than just a food tour – it’s a warm welcome to the heart and soul of the city. Don’t miss it!
Clara was great. She met at our apartment. All the places she took us to for tastings were great. She was very flexible. Her knowledge of food, culture and history was excellent.
Elena is energetic and good natured. She showed me areas of Seville from a different perspective. Then I had the food and lots of it. She brought me to several locally owned restaurants where I sampled local foods, including 6 different types of cheeses, several variations of pork dishes, squid, mushrooms, and a unique dessert, all paired with wines and a special, spiced Vermouth with the desert.
We scheduled last minute. Mabel took our interests and made a plan. She was knowledgeable, friendly, fully able to Engage in English and Spanish, as well as a lovely person. It made our trip here so much more as we understood better what to order, how to and so much more on the culture of Seville.
