Amazing Experience!

There were 5 in our group, 4 love cooking, the other loves eating. We all had a fabulous time. Jose was warm, welcoming and a generous host and so knowledgeable about cooking, València and the region. We learned so much and enjoyed fabulous food and local drinks. We may not be able to eat Paella or drink sangria in a restaurant again as it can’t match Jose’s! This was definitely the highlight of our trip!
