Marcos give us a wonderful tour that was engaging and interesting for our kids (and for us). But even beyond the tour, he truly went above and beyond to help us out. We were in Valencia during the very bad flooding and he was incredibly kind and helpful to help us navigate the situation. He went out of his way to keep us informed and make sure we were safe and we feel so lucky to have met him! We booked with Marcos originally for a bike tour with our 3 and 1 year olds. From the beginning he was so accommodating and communicated often in preparation for our trip to make sure our itinerary was suitable for both us and our children. The night before our day together, the forecast showed 100% chance of rain but he insisted we wait to cancel and make new plans the day of if the rain came. Surely in the morning, the rain came but he had the idea of making it a walking tour instead because the sites were close. We were so thrilled that we got to see the city with Marcos still! Upon arrival, Marcos greeted us with open arms and loved talking and playing with our boys 💙 There wasn’t a single question he didn’t know the answer to—I have no idea how he knows everything he does! The tour was the highlight of our trip because we love Valencia and fell in love more after learning and seeing the city with Marcos. My wife and I spent time with Marcos over two days. One for a kickstart tour and then a bike ride to Albufera park. Marcos was not only informative but engaging. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children ages 8 and 12) did a bike tour of Valencia with Marcos in August.
