Lule was on time, so warm and friendly and eager to answer all our questions. He walked us all around the tour with personal insights and stories from his youth and his own family. We felt comfortable asking about Swedish life, work, etc. he also provided tips on other sites to see. He was a pleasure to spend time with.

Very personable and fun
Matea was wonderful. She is super personable. She gave us historical information as well as cultural insight. She also treated us to Fika in a really cute old cafe. Specifically really enjoyed talking about world news and Sweden's current viewpoint in world politics as well. I would highly recommend her!

Amazing day in Stockhom
Despite a rainy Saturday, we had an amazing 6hr food/city tour with Erik. He was very accommodating to modify and extend the tour to accommodate our desire to see more of the extended city. As a Stockholm resident for much of his life, Erik gave a locals perspective about the different neighborhoods he lived in sprinkling anecdotes of his upbringing to personalize the tour. The food stops were amazing! Highly recommend!

Engaging, fun, educational
Carol made it possible to have our time together be a mix of historical places and contemporary dialogue on specific topics of interest to me: schools and education, housing, and Sweden’s mixed history in WWII. I couldn’t have gotten any of this from a canned tour. And as a bonus, we found a great place for dinner! Thank you Carolina, you made a huge difference in our stay.
