luliia is an amazing guide. Having lived in Ukraine, Italy, and now Switzerland, she has wonderful perspective on the history and culture of Europe. Her personality is incredibly upbeat. We had a lot of fun walking around Lucerne with her. Because of her nationality and language skills, she gives lots of tours for Eastern Europeans.
