Daphne was not only exceedingly professional, she was attentive, provided commentary and advice handily in both English and Chinese, and made helpful suggestions for other parts of our journey as well. Even though we had only engaged her for a day trip to Yilan, when she heard of our plans to Nantou, she offered to help arrange for transportation which we hadn’t planned for yet. In mere hours, she had a guide arranged for us and even the next day, after our engagement with her directly had ended, she checked in on us to make sure we were ok. We would highly recommend Daphne to anyone looking for a guide around Taiwan!
