Looking for exactly what to do in Bangkok for 2 days? Look no further! Day 1: Shop your way through the many malls If there’s one thing that Bangkok isn’t short of, it’s shopping malls! Head to the Siam area to explore some of the city’s many malls, popular with both locals and tourists. MBK Center is a great one for souvenirs and local handicraft items for reasonable prices. All the malls in Bangkok also have fantastic food courts if you need some tasty Thai fare to fuel your energy mid-shop. Spend some time wandering through the side alleys and make sure to enjoy lots of authentic Chinese snacks along the way. We absolutely loved our tour with Sudarat! She was to kind and connected so easily with the kids (ages 10, 10 and 8 months). I highly recommend using her for a kid friendly Bangkok which introduces your kiddos to just enough culture and sites at an age appropriate level 10/10!
Me and my two grown daughters had a lovely and exciting day around Bangkok with Tuangtip. She is very sweet and easy to talk to and told us a lot about the temples and customs of Thailand. We only had two days in Bangkok so we’re happy we chose a guided ture to see the main attractions. I give my best recommendations 😁
We had a great morning with Tuangtip. She is a great guide and lovely person. She really gave us a local experience while exploring the city. Would highly recommend her as your guide. Loved every minute of it.
We had an unforgettable private tour through Bangkok with our amazing guide, Aoi. The experience started with a fun and breezy TikTuk ride through the bustling streets of Bangkok and Chinatown, followed by a visit to the vibrant flower market. From there, we boarded a private longboat and cruised along the river, passing riverside homes, local businesses, and temples. One of the highlights was stopping to feed the catfish—a surprisingly fun and memorable moment! We also visited the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, which was even more impressive than we expected. Aoi guided us through the temple grounds, sharing the stories and meanings behind the statues, pagodas, and panels. She even pointed out a panel painted by her friend’s mother, which made the experience feel even more personal and special. To wrap up the day, we enjoyed cool drinks at a rooftop bar with an incredible view of the river and Bangkok skyline. Throughout the tour, Aoi took tons of photos for us, helping us capture memories we’ll treasure. This tour was the perfect way to end our time in Bangkok. When we return, we’ll absolutely book another tour with this company—and hopefully with Aoi again!
