Great time with Marten

We had a great time with Marten on the food tour! He was very informative and also a lot of fun. He shared great stories about living in Amsterdam and the history as we tried several different foods along the way. My mom is elderly and he was very accommodating to our slower pace.

The host had thoughtfully prepared the space, creating a cozy, intimate environment that felt both festive and personal The lunch was outstanding. Every dish was homemade and filled with care—delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Beyond the food, it was the genuine hospitality that made the experience so special. Great food tour!

Mayra was great and very accommodating to our team's different levels of enthusiasm for trying Dutch food & varying interests. Also as someone who is conscious of food waste, this was my first food tour that I've done that actually took into account in not wasting food while making sure we all were still full at the end of the tour. Thank you Mayra for the good time! :)

Food Market Fun!

We spent a lovely couple of hours eating our way through a local food market filled with delicious local cuisine with Marten. We also walked around the neighborhood learning about Dutch customs and history. Marten was knowledgeable, great fun, and a perfect guide. We highly recommend him.
