Our guide did a wonderful job providing us with a unique visitor this beautiful city. He included historical information relevant to the wonderful food we were tasting and the areas we were walking through.
We had a great time with Marten on the food tour! He was very informative and also a lot of fun. He shared great stories about living in Amsterdam and the history as we tried several different foods along the way. My mom is elderly and he was very accommodating to our slower pace.
Mayra was great and very accommodating to our team's different levels of enthusiasm for trying Dutch food & varying interests. Also as someone who is conscious of food waste, this was my first food tour that I've done that actually took into account in not wasting food while making sure we all were still full at the end of the tour. We spent a lovely couple of hours eating our way through a local food market filled with delicious local cuisine with Marten. We also walked around the neighborhood learning about Dutch customs and history. Marten was knowledgeable, great fun, and a perfect guide. We highly recommend him.
