A wonderful day exploring NYC with Earl!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time exploring Chinatown and Little Italy with this very personable and knowledgeable guide. Earl was perfect - he gave us much insight into the history of the areas we visited and engaged in discussion about so many things. There was not one dull moment! I would highly recommend having Earl show you around - even though I have lived in the City previously I learned so much! Thank you Earl!

Insider perspective

Jordan guided us through a deep dive into the West Village and its history as a completely singular neighborhood (*his* neighborhood!). We got the granular details as well as big picture context (northward movement of the wealthy, deliberate architectural changes to buildings to attract artists--imagine that happening today!--the role of neighborhood activists, and the rural past explaining the ungridlike configuration of many streets). He was kind enough to incorporate a couple of midtown things I'd requested, a particular mural in Grand Central, and the glorious Chrysler Building, before delivering us to the madhouse of the theater district for our matinee. The tour was over too soon--highly recommended!
