Tony was a courteous and kind person, providing us with excellent service, fulfilling every request we made. In short, an excellent human being.
Hieu was a great guide, he adapted the day to meet the needs of our group (2 kids) and made suggestions that turned into fantastic experiences.
We changed our itinerary on the day of our booking and Hieu rearranged the original trip at very short notice. He was a wonderful host and showed us many things that we would never have found by ourselves. It was a truly magical day out and our entire group are very grateful to a superb host. We booked the tour for our family of 4 with two children (7&10) it was such an unforgettable experience. Hieu is so knowledgeable, fun and easy going. We created memories which we will treasure forever. We left at 15.00 which was ideal to be able to experience the lights and lanterns after dinner in Hoi An.
